• Pre-order items require 3-4 weeks for production before shipping.
•Orders that contain both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders.

•Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

•Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Once an order is shipped, it is the customers responsibility to track and receive their package.
