Return & Refund Policy

At Humble Beginnings LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality apparel and carefully inspecting every item before it is shipped. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.

All Sales Final

  • All purchases are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product selections, sizes, colors, shipping information, and payment details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A description of the issue

If your claim is approved, Humble Beginnings LLC may, at its sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement item (if available), or

  • Issue store credit equal to the purchase price

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Humble Beginnings LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Filing a chargeback for a purchase that complies with this policy may be considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, and proof of delivery to financial institutions when responding to payment disputes.
